The CastagnoToscana The Residence is situated in the hills less than a kilometer from the medieval village of Campiglia Marittima.

The building is an old Tuscan farmhouse, now restored and divided into eight apartments, four ground floor, three on the first floor and an attic on the second floor.

The building has been the subject of a meticulous and painstaking restoration.
